Silverstone 9up Team Time Trial
Racing Silverstone 9up Time Trails
On Friday evening, 81 teams of 9 riders lined up for the annual 9-up team time trial at the Silverstone motor racing circuit. Organised by Bicester Millennium Cycling Club, it’s a great event that raises huge sums for charity. It is open to clubs and race teams alike and has men's, veteran's, women's, mixed, junior and hand cycling teams all on track at the same time, making for a really nice atmosphere. Crit Racing Criterium Milton Keynes Bowl MK Bowl RaceReport Racing Shutt Velo Rapide
Big Shutt Velo Rapide Race Team presence at The Bowl MK. With 3 races every week The Bowl is a good place to keep your form in between the bigger road races. With a week or two off a full 7 Shutt riders descended on MK. Ian Munday was first up in the 4th cat race. Algarve Cycling Easter Portugal
I just got back from a couple of weeks in the Algarve, Portugal with my family. I took my bike, of course, and managed to sneak out most days for ride of between 40 and 120km. We flew EasyJet from Luton to Faro which when booked in advance is inexpensive and fortunately went without a hitch. We were based near Lagos for...

Crit Crit Racing Criterium Hillingdon
As the season is starting to get going, I decided pretty spontaneously to make the long drive down to Hillingdon cycle track for the 2/3/4 circuit race. Literally woke up, thought "Yeah, why not" checked online what time the race started (or if there was even one to begin with!) and got everything ready to go. Parked up and bumped into my team mate George Day who'd done quite well the previous week. I also bumped into Sam Calder of Morvelo Basso who I'd been on a training camp with last month. He'd finally gotten over his long term chest...
