We are sorry you are disappointed with the hoodie - we normally get a postive feedback for these. Our off-bike casual kit partner in this case is a leading manufacturer for sustainable and ethically produced kit. The lack of packaging is intended to reduce waste, reduce the need for recycling, and so on.
In this case, shipping the requested 'Express' to Luxembourg, it was re-packed in the small parcel to smooth Express shipping for you. The 'smell', without actually having hand on the product, is in all liklihood just that 'new production' smell, often just a cool wash will clear.
The product description contains the following:

On the printing image issue, could you email us a decent resolution of this please, then we can at least investigate what has happened here, as it could be an Image quality issue at design, which can be rectified. We would be happy to work out a replacement/resolution after we have had a chance to properly investigate for you.
