Following their most successful season to date, Team Edge Racing will return in 2018 as the Shutt Ridley RT, with Ridley Bikes and Lazer Helmets joining performance kit specialists Shutt Velo Rapide as team sponsors.
For the team’s strong 2nd Cat contingency, the focus is BC Regional As and selected National Bs. Time Trial specialist, Billy Leason, has his sights firmly on top 10 (top 5 U23) finishes in both the National 10 & 25-mile championships, with hilly TT specialist Simon Smith again tackling the Knight Composites Classic Time Trial Series aiming for the vets’ title.
Joining the squad for 2018 are the team’s first two female riders; 2nd Cat, Lisa Rogers and 3rd Cat, Julia Chatterton, both of whom join from Team Milton Keynes.
