We ship world wide! Including, but not limited to: the UK, Europe, U.S.A & Canada, Far East, Australia & New Zealand. Shipping is FREE on any order over £100. Shipping within the UK is £4.95 Shipping to Europe is £10.95 Shipping to USA, Canada and all other countries is: £12.95
Yes, please specify at the checkout if you'd like a different shipping address to the billing address. We will endeavour to contact to confirm before dispatch if there is any problem with the shipping address provided.
Within the UK we dispatch all good via the 2nd Class Recorded Signed For™ service. International orders are dispatched, at cost, via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Both services are fully insured.
Yes, if you require Express shipping for faster delivery please contact us before placing your order.

If you wish to return an item, please post it back to us at the following address: Shutt Velo Rapide, South Barn, Featherbed Court, Featherbed Lane, Mixbury, Brackley, NN13 5RN. Items should be returned by a recorded or tracked postal service. Please include a note inside the parcel with your request for an exchange or a refund - this helps us process exchanges & refunds quickly. Exchanges are processed promptly, with replacement items being sent out within 3 working days of receipt. Refunds are processed as soon as possible within 30 days, to the original payment method.

Shutt caters for every type and size of rider. Our men's ranges include sizes Small to XXL, our women's ranges include sizes XS to XXL.

All our products are designed Great Britain. Many of our core jersey ranges & our tweed caps are all handmade in Great Britain. Our other products are made by hand by specially selected partners in Italy and China. We have the unique privilege of being involved in every aspect of the production process. All of our garments are handmade, apart from our Buffs and Socks which are knitted by machine. All the garments used in our product photographs are straight from the factory to show you exactly what you can expect in terms of genuine quality and finish.
Merino Perform™ is designed for active sporting garments and was developed to be more comfortable before, during and after exercise. Merino Perform™ is a double-layered fabric that combines soft, machine-washable merino wool against the skin, with a hard-wearing polyester on the outside. We choose to use Merino Perform™ for our jerseys because we believe it offers a supreme balance of comfort and performance for active cycle wear.

We will then ask for the garment to be returned to us by a recorded or tracked service. Any unwashed garments that we receive will be returned to the customer. Please note items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
