My garment has developed a fault, what do I do?
Please contact us in the first instance, we will then ask for the garment to be returned to us. If the garment is repairable we will do so, if not we will exchange free of charge, no quibble. If you are returning a faulty item please ensure that it has been washed. Any unwashed garments that we receive will be returned to the customer. Please note items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Which Countries do Shutt ship to and how much does shipping cost?
We ship world wide! Including, but not limited to: the UK, Europe, U.S.A & Canada, Far East, Australia & New Zealand.
Shipping within the UK is £3.95, but shipping is free on all orders over £100
Shipping to Europe & Australia & New Zealand is: £7.95 Shipping to USA, Canada and all other countries is: £9.95 Free shipping on international orders over £100
Can I have my order sent to a different address and contact name?
Yes, please specify at the checkout if you'd like a different shipping address to the billing address. Shutt reserves the right to dispatch goods to the billing address if the ship to address is unconfirmed. We will endeavour to contact to confirm before dispatch if there is any problem with the delivery address provided.
How do you send my goods?
Within the UK we dispatch all good via the Recorded Signed For™ service. International orders are dispatched, at cost, via Royal Mail International. Both services are fully insured.
Can I track my order and how do I know when it has been sent?
We do not currently offer a facility for online tracking, we can however provide you with the Royal Mail tracking number for your order on request. To request a tracing number for your order please call us on 01280 847271 or email info@shutttvr.com
The item I have ordered is the wrong size - how do I return it for a replacement/refund?
At Shutt VR we operate a no quibble exchange or refund policy for all goods bought from Shutt VR. Whilst we do not charge for returned items we do ask you to cover the postage cost. We do expect returned goods to be unused, with all labels attached, in "as new" condition. Please call or email us to arrange for your goods to be returned.
Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used or via Paypal. Refunds can take 10 days to appear on your card statement.
Which payment methods can I use at Shutt VR Web shop?
For customer convenience Shutt VR use both SagePay and PayPal for Secure Order Processing. You can also pay with Visa Debit.

What is Merino Perform™ ?
Merino Perform™ is designed for active sporting garments and was developed to be more comfortable before, during and after exercise. Merino Perform™ is a double-layered fabric that combines soft, machine-washable merino wool against the skin, with a hard-wearing polyester on the outside. We choose to use Merino Perform™ for our jerseys because we believe it offers a supreme balance of comfort and performance for active cycle wear.
Are your jerseys handmade?
All of our garments are handmade or at least hand finished and as a result exhibit a unique feel and charm. All the garments used in our product shots are straight from the factory to show you exactly what you can expect in terms of genuine quality and finish.
I've had problems finding great fitting cycling kit in the past, do you have any advice?

I want a more athletic/race fit what do you suggest?
We have designed our jerseys around standard proportions hence we find that going down a size is perfect for a racier fit. If you aren't happy then remember we offer a no quibble returns policy so long as you meet our criteria.
How would you describe the fit of a Shutt jersey?
Our designs are based on standard jersey designs, they are a relaxed rather than racefit.
